How much space do I need?


Each tent and mattress set up measures 2m x 1.1m. If you are not sure if you have enough room, please give us a call and/or send some photos/measurements of the room you intend on hosting the slumber party in and we can advise you on the best set up combination.




How do I book?

How long does it take to set up a Slumber Party tent hire?


It depends on how many guests and tents are needed. To set up the tent, mattress, and bedding, plus decorations, we allow for about an hour give or take.




Am I required to pay a deposit?


We require a 25% deposit payment to secure your booking. The full balance of the party must be paid 10 days prior to the booking date.




Can the tents be set up outdoors?


No, they are not waterproof or weather proof. All tents, mattresses, decorations are for indoor use only.




Can I book less/more tents?


Yes, just contact us with the number of tents required and we will provide you with a quote. Either call 0432894094, email kingspartyhire@gmail.com or fill in the contact us form.




Do you deliver and set up? Is there a delivery fee?


Yes, we deliver on the day of your party and collect the following morning. Delivery and Pick up times are negotiable and can be arranged when booking. Please contact us for any special requests. All prices are inclusive of setting up which takes us approximately 1hour. Delivery fees apply. First 20km free, thereafter a minimum of $20 above 20km then calculated at $1 per km. Toll fees are additional and apply on all toll routes.




Do you hire DIY tents?


Yes, please contact us for a DIY quote. You can collect the equipment from our base in Narre Warren. You will need a large vehicle with room to fit the mattresses which are the biggest item. A refundable security deposit will be required when hiring as DIY in case of damages/loss/theft whilst setting up/packing up. ID is required when collecting.




Is there an age limit?


Our slumber parties or sleepover parties are most suited from the age of 6yrs. Kids 6 and younger require additional supervision and assistance. Our tents are not suitable for children under 4 years of age. Our mattresses are the size of a standard single bed.
